Addmarc dinning cards

I am writing this complaint as I was shocked with the treatment received from Moti Mahal Delux restaurant, TGIP, Noida.

I have purchased the Moti Mahal Addmarc Preferred Dining Card for Rs. 1, 000/- on 22/06, with validity for 12 months from above-mentioned date. In lieu, I was given some free / discount food vouchers which can be used to get free / discounted food items from certain Moti Mahal restaurants in and around Delhi-NCR.

I have used few such vouchers. However, during one of our visit to Moti Mahal, we were told that these Moti Mahal Addmarc Preferred Dining Card is no longer acceptable to them as they are having some dispute with the marketing company.

My question is: How can a restaurant refused their card if they are having some dispute with there marketing agent? This is not a free card. I have purchased this card due to the reputation of the restaurant and for money. They should refund my money back. I want my money back if these cards are not acceptable within there validity. Please help.
