Respected Sir/Ma'am,
Im Sri Raghav and I'm working with HTC Global Services, Chennai. I have my Salary Account (1485009) with ABN AMRO.
On the 24th of October I had called the Customer Care for applying for a new Credit Card (Request No: 158508238). The Customer Care executive said the Sales Team will get in touch with me within 3 days. But th Sales Team never called. So I called up Customer Care again on the 30th of October to find the status. The Custoemr Care executive said he will take up another request (Req No: 159284688) and ensure that they will get in touch with me within two days. Nobody called me. So I called up again on Saturday (November 1st) and launched a complain (Complaint No: 00160025308). The Customer Care executive said they will contact me ASAP. But still no one has called.
I have to bring to your notice that the Customer Service of ABN AMRO is pathetic and the organization is an embarassment to the banking industry on the whole. Even while opening the S/B Salary Account, I had so many problems that it took me almost a month to activate the account. I am posting this complaint on inconsumercomplaints.com so that other customers will not take the pains of using the services of ABN AMRO and be disappointed.
