No information with Indian Railways

Sir,

With regards I am Captain Rajendra Singh Bhadauria. On 16th Oct I booked my Motorcycle (Reg No. MP07 KG 7500) at Chakki Bank (CHKB) in Jhelum to transport it to Gwalior on Bilty No. LT 889847, Ticket No. E 26560217 and insured its loading in Jhelum Exp Train No. 1087 and Break No. 85707. However the Motor Cycle was not unloaded at the destination.

On inquiring whereabouts of the said Motor Cycle I was told that probably the vehicle have been over carried to Pune (Last destination of the train) and will be back on 20th Oct. I waited till that but the vehicle was not unloaded on the informed date by parcel authority Gwalior.

I further inquired about the present location of the vehicle and was told that this cannot be told as the parcel autorities themselve are not aware of the location. I lodged a complaint No. 1083 with parcel authority Gwalior. Since then every day I am going to the railway station Gwalior to inquire about the vehicle. My leave is termiating and after that nobody will be here at Gwalior to recieve the said Motor Cycle. Moreover, I have to renew the registration of the Motor Cycle and after termination of my leave both the recieving of Motor Cycle and regestration will not be possible and the fine with the rate of Rs 25 per day will be an extra financial burden.

You are requested to take neccessary action regarding the said matter.
