Very late delivery

My bike was suppose to come from pune (deccan branch) to goa in 3 days as per the staff who took the booking but it took 11 days and that to it was not a home drop, i had to collect it from one of the centers. Besides it when i called them in between i was misguided and fake assurances were given at all the times. When i asked for their phone number of goa office, they gave me the number for latur's office. It was a real mental pain as people were simply playing blame game. it was areal durgati
