Motorola service a nightmare

I got my mobile repaired in one of the service outlet in Bangalore with Redington India Limited located in 122/5, Monarch chambers, infantry road. I had given my mobile for repair on 11/07/08. The mobile was under warranty and was detected with some board related problem (work order no: BL/MO/08/01536). After Lot of goofups at their end they finally handed back the set to me today on 17/09/08 (two month). The customer service is pathetic. The handset has been handed over to me with a cracked display glass and in a shoddily fixed outer case with loose screws.

I feel pity for Motorola as to how these guys are spoiling your brand image. Every Single customer that steps in including me would have decided not to ever buy a Motorola phone.
