Still waiting for mobile repairing

I gave my cell phone for reparing in motorola service center on 29/07/08 at this adress, UCOM Techonlogies Pvt. Ltd. Shop No. 2, 333, Tara Apartment Ground Floor, Near Daffodil Nursing Home, Canal Street, P.O.Sree Bhumi, Lake TOWN, kOLKAT-700 048 My mobile was not charging because of the connector problem. Service work order no is "2377" and MSN NO is "F53AH52F9M". IMEI No is"355557010695666".

The mobile deliver date was 01/08/08 but still i am waiting for the mobile. I am not getting what happening. Now service center person telling "your mobile touch screen is not working". Last day (01/08/08) told me that "speaker is not working properly". Every day they are telling a new problem. I am surprise. Could you please look in this matter.
