Charging Money

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am using Moto Rokr E6 phone. One day suddenly the unlock button attached at the side got free & I was unable to open my phone. It was under wty at that time. When I brought it to customer care they told that I will be charged by 250/- as that side lock button is not covered under wty.

Now, tell me is it true? I should be charged or not?

If it is & I will be charged than sorry to say my experience with Motorola is now getting poor day by day. As I was previously using Moto Razr V3i & it is probleming me by the means of battery back up, the display gets vanishes in between as of now it is not receiving any charging & still dead. And now I m gonig to buy Nokia brand.

As of my experience with this I m ne'er ever going or will avoid preferring my fellow men to purchase your brand. Pathetic performnace by the means of battery & so on.

Kindly improve battery life & other features otherwise India will soon forget Motorola.
