Cheating by ABN Amro

Marketing guy approached me for lifetime free credit card frm ABN amro, i never used the card so never bothered about statementts/payments. One fine day i get collection call who does not know what i have purchased, after asking for statement i come to know i was charged fee for the card, further late fees & finance charges got levied & my card was blocked. i spoke to customer service & explained the situation wherein all the charges were reversed & a confirmation email was sent to me stating that my card is zeroised, still my name exists in Cibil defaulters list becuase of ABN Amro due to which my new card appliction are getting declined, my email address is bhatia.yogesh@redifffmail.com

Even after sending mails to nodal officers & HOD - vikas singhal, there has not been a single response received from them.. please advise how can i make ABN Amro Bank happy
