Service Problems

I have given my phone for display problem at R.S Puram, Redington service centre. I've collected my mobile after one month, when there was no response from them for nearly a month. They have returned the phone in a dead condition, where the mother board was damaged and cannot be used further. I need a proper response within a week, or else i will go to consumer court regarding this problem.
