Quality Problem

To whom ever it may concerned.

This is for your kind information that I had purchased a Motorokr E6 (wireless music edition) handset from M/s Sound of Music, 44A, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, Kolkata - 700016, on 10/12, with a product warranty of 1 yesr from the date of purchase.

Within 6months of its purchase, parts the body consmetic colour is chucked away & white spots appeared on the display screen, which, in no way is a result of any scratch, thought they claim it to be an anti-scratch screen. The same was reported to the regional Motorola Service Center & was confimed charging for any kind of replacement/repair. However, I was charged Rs.2200 for reported curcuit change, etc., but the major problem of defacing was kept unattanded. I had to pay Rs.2200 for literally no reason & though only 6 months had passed for an handset wothr Rs.14400/-, an additional charge was levied.

Request you to kindly look into the matter an arrange for a full replacement of my handset and enforce a strict penalty on the said producer to avoid further inconvenience to future customers, who are ready to pay for a quality product.
