i am having a motorola ming a1200 mobile phone, and i gave for service to change the outer case of the phone, at redington madurai, tamil nadu, india on 5th of june and hardly 18 days past and a zero response at redington madurai, and now ie., on 22.06.09, they are telling to me on phone that it will take another 4 days to get complete the service, and they are telling excuse because of lag in delivery of the outer case of the phone from redington, chennai. work order number: MD/MO/09/00552
