Motorola Bluetooth No: H500
Problem with the speaker

I had purchased Motorola Bluetooth H 500 in the Month of December From ALFA Stores Irla Mumbai. The vice quality was not clear so i went to service centre at Vashi the 2 nd day of my purchase. The Vashi service centre confirmed that their was problem with the voice quality so it has to be replaced. Till date i am continuously contacting the Vashi service centre 7& i have not received the replacements.
