I took a new mobile zn5 for rs.16000 on 30/10/08 and started facing problems from day 2 of hanging slow processing... uneffective volume n vibration mode n also the headset automatic deduction at last i gave it on 13/11/08
they told me that they will be contacting me in half n hr.
but they dint than when i called them they said we have to send it to delhi n it will be come back within 4-5 days but after 6 days when i called them they said there sysyem is not working so they wont be able to tell the current situation of my set and told me they will contact me within half n hr n will tell me the current position of my handset but they din't
but on 18th nov 08 i.e. today when i called them mr. kaushik some head of their told me that it will tak4-5 days more when i asked why he just slammed (disconnected) the phone and dint picked up again...
the service and the service people are not happening and after wasting my 16k's i dont think i would be takin any handset of ur company nor will be advising others.
there is no sense of responsiblity customers comes and shout on ur office people but they just dont give a llok to it.
a customer was telling me his memory card was taken by the office people and a lady was shoting as on of the office persons out their used her mobile.
no body told me that the handset can only be changed within 7 days whicjh should be a responsiblity of a store.
i believe i should file a suit against this happening
