I bought a Motorola mobile mode1 w181 from Essar Telecom Retail LTD on 7/11

but the mobile has network problem from the third day of purchase.

the mobile was depositted 2 times at service center ReggingTon service center, Master canteen, top floor

of panjab national bank.

but they are returing me with the same condition.

i want to register a consumer case.
