It is since more than 40 days that I had given my hand set Motorola Z3 for repair of Keypad and speaker problem. Every time when contacted, it was informewd that it would be repaired within 2 days. Never it has happened that atleast for once I have received any call from the service center for not doing the job.
Finally, it was informed to me (one Mr. Vinod or Mr. Vinay) in a very bad tone that I would take back my mobile if I cant wait.
Is this the way you treat your customers? That too after waiting for more than 40 days.
Kindly let me know what is that i am supposed to do next?
