Poor service by service cente

Dear Sir,

I was Purcahsed motorola w170 mobile. My mobile is automaticlly restart and short battery life. I am apply for service center. They told me Your moblie send to L3 level. It take 10 days. After 15 days i called him and agin told me i am sending your mobile in L3 level. According this Customer care service of Mororola is very bad. They told me it required more than 15 days.
