Eoccuring failure of motorokr e6 touch panel

Sir/madam

i got a mobile handset with imei no 355557/01/036380/2. i got a trouble of toch panel of the mobile not working with my hand set from the day i purchased it i got it repaired thrice from motorola care center now it is out of warrenty what should i do now the care center in faridabad says i can not be repaired if we do so this would be under payment basis what should i do.
