Service - Harassment

Dear sir,

I went to Motorola service center Gurgaon for minor SMS related Problem, after inspection they said this will go for level three repair so i submitted it to them. After two weeks they returned it to me without solving the problem so i again submitted it to them this time after three weeks they returned it to me with a report that phones notwork shield and charging connector is forged and broken so they can't repair it, i have not accepted the phone and asked them to do something.the phone was under warranty and working perfectly with no scratches even.

please help me what to do now i am in a kind of depression for that
