Motorola W180i not working with some of the sim cards

Respected Sir,

I am using Motorola W180i cell.

Its working fine with Airtel SIM but with newly brought Reliance and Idea sims its capturing the network but I am not able to cal from those sims.

So is it because of IMEI registration or do I need to upgrade the software?
