Change in Body Colo

I have purchased Motorola W220 two months ago. Suddenly, the body color turned into greenish from black. Its under warranty. I have been gone to Customer Care at Neelam Chowk, NIT Faridabad, Haryana but they have said that the body damges do not come under warranty.

Now could you please tell me what to do with that cell as it is looking very bad.
