Not downloading & Camra Problem

Dear Sir,

I Purchase one set date 13/03. from Singhavi telecom Shop no F.F. -A, Somdutt Plaza Kanpur Nagar But this set was not propraly working so I went to Redington India Ltd. 204, IInd floor raj Ratan Bui/ding Swaroop Nagar Dt-06/08. work order No:-KA/MO/08/04122 then 14/08 customer care give me this set. this set condition was too bad from preveious and this set is Dead. I Was Contected to Mr. AMIT RAJPUT (RM) Motorola But he not attend my Phone now I am facing Very serious Problem because my cell no. is close. I am working in HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD So I am facing official problem now Sir pls give me the right soluation otherwise I will go to consumer court for customer rights.

I Think Motorola is the Biggest Mobile Co.of the word who carried six sigma logo and i thing very Reliable co.but it' opposit condition of service center
