I am having a motorola mobile W-230 which i purchased on 21st feb. just after one month this phone started malfunctioning. IMIE no. of phone is - 362498020185443. I gave this phone in your service centre in Hisar (Haryana). The serial no. of complaint list is - 463 and work order no. is - 08/00180 . from the last two months this phone is lying on your service center. They are saying that they have sent the mobile in the company but still the results are unsatisfactory. I am facing a lot of problems and if you are not able to solve my problem then what is the use of service centre?
Plz rectify the problem as soon as possible and if u can't solve the problem change this phone with a new one otherwise i 'll take some legal action against the company in consumer court
