Purchased motorola w270 mobile a month back. From day one i had the headset problem. I went to nearest motorola service center and registered the complaint. Initilaly, they said they would review and sort out the matter within a week. But, it was already five weeks over. And now, when i ring up them simply giving irrelevant answers, or not lifting their mobile by seeing my number.
