Motorola cell phone set
Very poor reliability and service

Myself DEBASISH SAHA, from Malda (W.B)

I purchased the mobile set 'Motorola C168' on 23.10.06, but I had to go to the nearest authorised service centre 'dev computer', 6/7, Rabindra AVenue, Malda on 26.09.07due to display problem. The service centre refused to entertain warranty saying, water leaked into the set and on 20.12.07 they charged Rs 650/ for repair and returned the set after repair.

Unfortunately, I had to go to the nearest authorised service centre 'dev computer' again on 30.06.08 as the set turned off. After several phone calls and visits to the service centre, they returned my set saying, the set is irrepairable/uneconomical to repair.

I just want to ask Motorola that whether this is the reality and reliability of your product and the service centre is only interested to extract money from customer.
