ABN AMRO GOLD CARD
CHARGES ON MY ABN AMRO GOLD CARD

Dear Sir,

I received a statement charging me Rs 4500.00 and Rs 556.20 as service charges for the upgradation of my card to Gold card. I have not been told about the charges on the gold card when i was talked about the upgradation so i was astonished to receive this bill. I have made a telephonic complaint on 8th of August without any avail as i was told that i would be contacted and the amount reversed. When i contacted your phone banking service i was told by the lady that the amount has still not been reversed. My complaint no. for today is 08082101538 dated 21/08/08.I would request you to please look into the matter and reverse the amount which has been unduly charged to me.
