Motorola EM30
Call failed

I have motorola EM30 phone but my tata docomo gsm sim card is not working in it. There is allways display " you have not subscribe to data call" for resolving that problem i contact with custemer care of tata but they told me thats mobile setting problem . so what should i do? coz all sim worked properlly and tata gsm not worked. give me proper sollution Thanks.
