DEBIT CHARGES OF REFUSAL AMOUNT

I am holding ABN AMRO Gold Credit bearing No:5425 0517 5180 5267 since 11/08. I received a call from the bank for one of the Holiday pack named 4 season debit for Rs.4999/-, and for which i have refused it. They keep on calling me for several times in that same week, and they told me they forced me accept it and in that condition also i didnt accept it. They finally told me they will debit the amount in my statement and it wont be added to my payment dues, it will just be displayed, if i want it i can pay or else i can leave it not paying, it will automatically cancelled.

I spoke to the customer officer today (03/04) morning, and the customer officer was not listening what i am saying, he kept on saying that i have accepted it and i have topay that amount failing which i will be charged interest till i pay the amount. He never listen what i am saying, he just disconntected the line.

Kindly solve the problem by reversing the amount from my credit card.
