Deleting of inbox messages

Espected sir,

I own a motorola handset w209 it has inbox capacity of 750 messages as soon as I delete a message some times an automatic command is executed and entire inbox is deleted I am in serious difficulty with this so i have decided to submit a complaint against it please register a complaint for me and i hope for proper justice else I will have to approach government authorities.
