Faulty handset - w209

I have purchase a mobile set model no w209 in the last year nov. Since from date of Purchase the set has some problem. Thrice it has been sent to service centre and once to chennai for repair.

Again the problem has been developed and been given for repair to service centre.

I had written so many email to company but they are ir-responsievto my complain..

Hence please do not prefer to buy MOTO they are very bad in service. There are many customer in my town Jamshedpur haviing the problem with moto set.

Go for any brand but not for MOto..
