Poor Customer service And Mental Harrasment

Myself shashi.i am just fed up by this Motorola company.it was the biggest mistake of my life to buy my L7.I gave it to Motorola CCS Centre for its service as nothing wrong with my cell but for my satisfaction.it was gone through every check in by executive.then he suddenly opened it up..i just dont have an idea what he did but as he handed over to me it was nothing but a piece of scrap..it was in warranty period..he started making excuses..he kept the set with him and told me to come after a week..when i went to him a week after excuses were same..we dont have spare parts..we already sent a requuest 4 parts..its more than 2 months now but result is same..no listening at all..it was an acute mental torture for me as i am a middle class man.5900 rs set is a big deal to me..please i beg to the higher authorities to take an appropriate step as soon as possible as i cant bear any more of it..please sir..it is surely to be a worst part on your company..your service is a hell to me.i dont want to be remain in that any more
