Farudulently activating holiday packages and then abusing and thretning the consumers

Dear Sir,

despite my categoric rejections they fraudulently activated the tourism packages and now are threatning me for collection of dues and using abusive languages...

how do i complain against them and maek them realise their mistake .my repeated emails have all gone un answered.
