Motorola L9 Mobile Handset not working properly

Motorola L9 Mobile Handset which i purchased from Mobile store last month only is not working properly. Sometimes it reads the storage device i.e., memory card but most of the times, it is unable to read the memory card. Ring tones keep changing automatically without my doing so and even during the incoming call itself.
