respected sir,
i beg to inform you that i am the student of m.m.m engg college gorakhpur doing b-tech from there and i live in lucknow, purchased the mobile on 5/12 and it is not working properly inspite of many reminders they are not repairing it and giving escuses, even my mobile is in warranty period also. Because of some financial problem i am not able to purchase a new mobile.
So plz sir its a kind request to take a serious action against them.so that i can get a new mobile or my money back.
