ABN-AMRO LOAN RECOVERY SERVICES
HARRASSEMENT BY PHONE CALLS BY THE COMPANY'S RECOVERY AGENTS

I, Vinod Shukla Resident of B-40 O.N.G.C. Nagar Society, Ranip Ahmedabad-382480, has taken a loan from ABN-AMRO Bank, Loan A/c No. 7777 7777 7197 2287. I have always paid my installments on time and have tried to keep up with the bank. Since i have got the loan this is the 2nd time i have been late on a payment for which the bank has already charged me a late fees of somewhere around Rs. 650/-.

Since last one week my family and i are being harrassed by the phone calls that are being made to us a t our landline number by either the direct employees of the bank from the recovery department or from the associate call centers who are running the recovery process for the ABN-AMRO Bank. I have been telling them not to make a phone call everyday still i have been receiving atleast 4 to 5 phone calls. To each and every person i have been telling that i will make the payment because of some problems i am not able to pay the payment on time still i have been threatned by them that you will have to make the payment ASAP.

I would like consumer forum to listen to my complaint and take some action against the recovery cell of the ABN-AMRO Bank, Local Recovery Branch, Ahmedabad.
