Motorola mobile no w388
Regarding worst service

I perchased motorola mobile no W388 on 06/05/09 from ONE mobile store of Future mobile sea woods nerul sector 44 navi mumbai 400706.Some were on 15/09/09 the mobile was not functioning i went to that shop for the complent. First the manager was denied to take & tell me to go to the service center but after the argument he keeps the mobile with him. After one week i called him there is a diffrent person in the store can not give proper answer. Again after two days i went to the store the diffrent person do not have information about my mobile he contact other person on the mobile and told me that the mobile was sent to the service center. After every three days i contact the shop. After one month when i went to the store he told me that there is water going in to the mobile because of which it is not working. He told me that IC has damaged i have to pay 1500 to 2000 RS for repair. The mobile cost is 3199 and in warrenty period why should i pay for that. So please guide me on this. Thank u
