Non hearing of complaint regarding malfunctioning of phone

I have purchased a mobile phone of company Motorola em325 by the name of arshi fatma on 11th of January from lokplus Gwalior Madhya Pradesh. it has warranty of one year but from the day of purchase it was giving many problems i requested them either to repair the set or replace it.they kept the set for 10 days but did not repaired it.after my repeated complaints they changed the software but still problems remained same.now i do not want to get it repaired in any condition just want to get it replaced or return my money back
