Non compliance of warranty service

Handed over my mobile to service center ie agra media house on 25 jul09 for repairs within warranty period but not repaired now claiming 1000/ for it on the pretext of saying it is water damage infact there is no such damage and concerned person mr rinku (09837018151) is not able to locate the exact problem Concerned company is not worried about my written comlpaint sent to customer satisfaction manager at gurgoan Earlier also my email to this company is aslo ignored
