Faulty handset

Dear Sir

i buy motorola handset MOTO Q CDMA handset before two months. From very first day i face following problems:-

1) Mike not working

2) Automatically decrease of Ring Tone (After reset of all setting ok found)

3) automatically off

4) ID caller not shown

After going to sevice centre they said to leave handset for ten days. But after ten days they told me that they have to change the mother board of handset & require 10-15 days. After one month i received my handset in ok condation but after few days the problems again start, Second time i go service center & they again take my handset for 20-25 days. Till date no responce from service centre or company motorola.
