Misguiding handset use

I Kiran Bansod ;this is to informed you as ; I user of tata teleservice of motorola Q ;on the Name of my company LOBO staffing LTD; suffer Problem of operation thus submitted to Moto serviec center Thane ; I for resolving Key pad problem; Boot Loader: Problem My complaint NO: T 2 / MO/ 9/00402.

When I receved My handset ;handset is ok ;but It observed in tata indicom gallery as this Handset is not pertaining to Me it's not My Handset. thus I enquired My handset exchange to some body; And again visited at thane service center they give new jobsheet manually as no: 4863 dated 11 /06.I received My Handset on 19/06 . they call as handset is ok but key pad is not working still problem is Pending.they mention as again take bill copy for resolving problem.

Please take this matter seriously to resolve Problem. need feedback on uregent basis ; i can not do all formality again and again if problem not resolved from you's side.
