I have purchased a Moto Razr V8 handset on 7-Sep-08 from Aakash Electronics (Noida, Sector - 18) and it had a one year warranty. On 1-Oct-08 my handset stopped working (within 25 days of purchase). I have purchased this handset for Rs. 12, 500 and its a very big amount for me. I gave my faulty set to AMBE Electronics (Its a Motorola Authorised Service Centre in Sector - 18, Noida) on 9-Oct-08 for repair and i was comitted by them that they will return back my handset within 10 days. Its 12 days now and i have not got any revert from them. Upon my giving a call to them, they said that they will require a copy of my bill against which i have purchased the handset (which they could have taken when i went there for giving my faulty handset as i was carrying my bill that time as well) and if i want to complaint then i need to call Motorola Customer Care Centre. I am trying to call Motorola Service Centre since morning but the no is continuously going busy. I am higly dissapointed with this Moto Razr V8 handset and also with the services of Motorola.

I WANT MY MONEY (Rs. 12, 500) BACK and will suggest others also not to go for Motorola handsets at all.
