Motorola pda smart phone
Not delivery since 5 months

I Purchase a Motorola pda smart phone by Indiatimes shopping online in january. I paid all amount Rs. 10, 000 (ten thousand) by credit card. Since Delivery The Mobile set was Not in Good condition. So Indiatimes shopping .com send two times to repair to compact international. But invain. Third time indiatimes promise me to refund my amount, and told me to send mobile again. It was a matter of July. I Send mobile set by indiatimes authourise courrier sevice TNT BY 10/07. After senting item I attempt several times to indiatimes shopping.com to send my 10 thousand amount. but This time they turned down and saying that your warranty perioud is expired. so we are not liable for any kind. this is the story. neither my mobile set is back nor my amount. I am a working man so i have not time to go anywhere. I am just reminding and reminding and reminding

so Please help and do something for me
