Same problem after paiment of bill

Dear sir I had repaired my cellphone from motorola ASC named MONY COMMUNICATION placed at C-22 RDC GHAZIABAD (U.P). I had paid Rs .496.00.regarding the repair thats software download and cleaning. But after one day it got same problem. I carried my phone ther but they refuse to back my money and told me that the phone will have sent to there head office for further repair and cost Rs 1000 .I told them if the phone not repaired by you why you should not rfund my mony. THEY DENY.
