Motorola rocker E6 mobile
Not giving goog customer service

I sachin buy a moto rocker e6 mobile at subhisha mobile at april.08.In sept it found charging problem

so i give mobile to motorola authorised service station in Lower Parel in 29th sept, but the staff of this station are not giving respond to me. I stayed in BOISAR, it is not easy to travel me to every day for inquiry. so i am asking by way of telephone, but they not responding.

so please taken an action till date mobile not received. so please forward to motorola higher authority
