Company refused to service product under warranty

I have purchased a motorola E6 handset on may 8th. The product comes with 12 months warranty. The blue tooth device of the handset was not functioning, The handset was handed over to service center in jaipur but it was returned with out repair. the customer service center was contacted thru email but there was no response from them except a few mail exchanges. The Imei number of the handset is 355557011320496. Requesting your help to resolve this issue.
