Dear Sir,

We had purchashed one Motorola ROKR E6 Black Mobile on 27/10 with one year warranty. The details of the invoice is as follows:

Amount: Rs. 11, 100/-

Compaint: Now its touch screen is not working. We sent it to the service centre of Motorola

in Lucknow for repairs, they told that it will not be covered in warranty because it

is a physical damage. we told them that please give us in writing but they are not

ready to give in writing that it is a physical damage. According to us it is not a

physical damage because all the calls we can receive, all the buttons on mobile

are working fine except its touch screen. No physical breakrage or damage is

there on the mobile.

Please see into the matter. We will be highly obliged.
