Deffective piece sold by hotspot motorola v6 mobile

Dear sir

i purchase set the from hotspot vikamarg4 showroom on 18 october they was under warranty period but there is a techanicly fault in it the hotspot also give 2 year care pack also btut now they told the set was not repairable and they told only 50% of the current value of your mobbile gives you back there is not my fault in this thing i wnt my set replace or my all money back and i already mark a complaint in concern of this please clear the issue as quick as possible i go ther hundred times but they not listen me properly and not gave me the clear feedback
