Extremely poor and disappointing service from service centre

I gt a motorazr v8 last year, bt it started showing problems in the display.i gave d cell to khurana brothers service centre at janakpuri, they kept the cell for more than a month, n informed tht its repaired now.bt d cell started giving d same problems from d very same day.i guess these people at khurana brothers are totally incompetent n NOT AT ALL TRAINED BUT ARE QUACKS.action should b taken against them.
