Improper mobile service

Sir,

I have bought a MOTOROLA W218 mobile handset. On 25th april submitted my mobile to Vaishali Infotech 18, New MLA Colony, Jawahar Chowk Bhopal. The WORK ORDER NO: MP/MO/09/00149. After that I went their many times but their response was nill.they are not even returning my set nor telling me the fault. I complaint even to the Motorola company but there was no response. So look for my complaint and inform it to me on my email or to my home address C/o Ayush Vinay Vishnoi MIG 188 Duplex Aihbagh stadium Housing Board Colony Bhopal.
