Useless Service

I bought my MOTO Yuva on 12th march on 14th march itself there is probelm one earphone is working so i went to UCOM tech motorola authorised service center they said probelm in board and they need to send to company for that repair, i gave them after 20 days they called me and asked me to collect the phone saying the probelm got cleared. When i checked the probelm still existing so i asked them they asked me one more 15 days. So i complained to ONLINE motorola customer service they didn't even replied regaurding this. so i request nobody from now to move to MOTOROLA please if u want to experience go buy the moto's
