i m a user of ur motorola phones but i will be frusteted ur costomer support. all staff will be speak falls . my complain no in your costomer care no (1800111211) 090320009868 but ur care support not responsible that.so pls u help me and solved my problem.

purchaging date 18-10-08. i contact ur othorised service center as Redington india Ltd. jaipur on 16-03-09 and given the mobile Zn200 which problem is

1) Modem Not work properly

2) Data cable not suported

3) play in slide

4) hanging

5) battery

the will not be solved my problem and returned my mobile on 24-03-09.you will

not replace the problem in warranty then u not give the warrenty to the costomer.so i requested to u pls resolved my problem.and cancelled the registration in this othorised service center.and ur costomer care helpline who not responsible
